Join us for early morning yoga (5:45am!) at a very beautiful location, Sunny Mary Meadows near St Joseph, MN. We will start Thursday, August 24 and will continue weekly classes through September 28. Cost includes yoga and a flower bouquet – $45.00.

All are welcome for this gentle wake up and welcome the sun practice. Outdoor yoga offers a chance to change your scenery and participate in a movement practice that enlivens your spirit and elevates your mindset and mood. Nature awakens your sense and helps you connect with your surroundings. Fresh air heightens your awareness of your breath and the smell of the flowers and outdoors can contribute to clarity and the ability to be in the present moment.
