How It Works
(1.) Tell us your goals and headcount
Whether your focus is connection, creativity, or celebration, we will help you design the perfect experience for your group.
(2.) Choose your activities and catering style
Select from floral workshops, yoga, or speaking sessions, and decide how you would like to dine, from boxed lunches to full farm-to-table dinners. We coordinate director with licensed caterers and vendors (mandatory if alcohol is served).
(3.) Show up and enjoy
We handle the setup, schedule, and cleanup so you can relax and be present with your team.

🌞 Day Retreat (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- 9:00 — Arrival, coffee, and welcome
- 9:15 — Team meeting or leadership session
- 10:15 — 30-minute yoga session with a local studio
- 10:45 — 45-minute floral workshop (wreath, centerpiece, or stem bar)
- 11:30 — Custom-catered lunch and social hour
- 12:30 — Liz’s talk or breakout workshops
- 1:30 — Music bingo or reflection session
- 3:00 — Depart with flowers and smiles
🌙 Evening Retreat (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
- 5:00 — Arrival + welcome beverage
- 5:15 — Farm tour, floral activity, or yoga session
- 6:15 — Farm-to-table dinner
- 7:00 — Liz’s talk or workshop
- 8:00 — Music bingo, trivia, or open networking
- 9:00 — Wrap-up and goodbyes
- Seating for up to 80 guests with partnerships with local venues for larger groups
- Projector and AV system included for group packages
- Custom catering options — light lunches, boxed meals, or full-service dinners arranged with trusted local partners
- Licensed alcohol service available through approved catering companies, if alcohol is part of your event
- Free on-site parking
- Indoor space with outdoor photo access (weather permitting)
